Welcome to The Luxe Ledger: Private Edition (“the Publication”), an independent B2B media platform operated by The Luxe Ledger Media, based in Hamburg, Germany (“the Company”). By accessing or subscribing to this Publication through Substack, the reader (“Subscriber”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose

The Luxe Ledger: Private Edition provides independent journalism, commentary, and analysis for professionals in the luxury travel industry. 2. Subscriptions and Access

• Subscriptions are managed through Substack, which operates under its own terms of use and payment policies.

• A paid subscription grants access to exclusive content and archives for the duration of the active payment period.

• Subscribers may cancel at any time through their Substack account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with Substack’s refund policy.

All original text, graphics, design, and media published by the Publication are the intellectual property of The Luxe Ledger Media, unless otherwise credited.

Reproduction, redistribution, or republication without prior written consent from the Company is prohibited, except for short quotations with clear attribution and a link to the original source.

4. Reader Conduct
